On June the 30th, at 23.59 PM, Dreamnex Belgium NV (formerly known as Enjoy BVBA), will cease the contractual relationship with its affiliates.
Don?t panic! :-) Your affiliate account can easily be transferred to a new account related to our Swiss sister company D Agency SA. D agency is, exactly like Dreamnex Belgium, a 100% daughter of the French, stock quoted Dreamnex SA.
What will change?
* The site where you log in. From 1/7/2009 0.00 AM, your affiliate account will be transferred to D Agency?s affiliate program ?The Adult Company?. You will be able to log in using this link:
http://enjoy.theadultcompany.eu! Do you also want to subscribe to the new affiliate network of The Adult Company, where you can promote our web shop (Sexyavenue.com)? You can apply for a webmaster account on
www.theadultcompany.eu. * Your contract. The contract with Dreamnex Belgium will be terminated. The first time you log in to the above mentioned site, you?ll be able to accept a new agreement with D Agency. Accepting this agreement can be done electronically, you will not have to send us a signed paper version. The payments will remain the same, the contract has been rewritten according to Swiss law.
* The payment procedure. You will no longer have to send a signed retribution note or invoice for your earnings starting from the month of July. The payment procedure will be a lot easier. You?ll be able to confirm your earnings and ask for a payment through the extranet. This process is fully electronically! Please note that your notes or invoices up to June have to be sent to Dreamnex Belgium, following the old procedure.
* Our contact data. From now on, your questions will be answered by the D Agency staff. You can find all contact details on the extranet. Depending on the availability of our staff, you will be assisted in English, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian.
What will not change?
* Your login and password, the ref-codes, url?s, promotional tools, .. of your affiliate account. You can use the same login data on the new extranet and you?ll have a similar overview of your existing ref-codes, websites and promotional tools.
* Your personal information and bank details have been copied to the ?The Adult Company? extranet. This will make the transfer easier.
* The outpayment. The current payment conditions will remain unmodified.
Why?
We are aware of the fact that you?ve been forced to undergo a lot of changes: the change of name to Dreamnex Belgium, change of address, ? This last change is part of a global restructuring within the Dreamnex group. The contractual relationship, the management and payment of all webcam models, studios and affiliates within the whole Dreamnex group will be gathered within the Swiss company D Agency, starting from 01/07/2009. We are doing all we can to make this transfer as easy as possible for you.
